Amphibia is a show that premiered on Disney Channel from June 17, 2019, to May 14, 2022. It can fit into the action, adventure, science fiction, and isekai genres. The story follows a 13-year-old Anne Boonchuy who was transported to Amphibia with her friends Marcy Wu and Sasha Waybright through an ancient magical music box. Anne is transported to Wartwood, Sasha to Toad Tower, and Marcy to Newtopia. Upon landing, Anne ends up taking refuge in the home of the Plantar family. While there, she learns valuable lessons on friendship and leadership, all while looking for her friends and a way home.
